Update Guide for Display Audio Gen1

  • Depending on the vehicle and specification, your screen may look different from the one shown below.

  • Software Download Process (Computer):
    1. Select the download file from the following list that corresponds to your vehicle.
      2. Vehicle Model SW version Download
      G70 2019-20 G70
      		IK.USA.SOP.V115.221011
      		Download
    2. If you are using Internet Explorer, it will ask you to save the file.


    3. If you are using Chrome Browser, the download will start automatically.


    4. Save the download file on your desktop or laptop. Note the file name and where it was saved.
      Example: ik.zip

    5. Insert an "empty" USB drive (4GB minimum) formatted in FAT32 into the desktop/laptop USB port.

    6. From the desktop/laptop, open the downloaded file (zip) and copy the included DAUDIO folder shown to the USB drive.


  • In Vehicle Download Instructions:
    Follow the steps below to check the software version information for the Display Audio system installed in your vehicle.


    1. Press the "Setup" key or tap the Setup touchscreen button in the All Menus section of the Display Audio system.

    2. Tap "General" to check the vehicle's software version.

    3. If your vehicle's installed Software Version("SW Ver.") is the same software version as the update, no further action is necessary.
      If it is different, continue to the next step.

    4. Insert the USB device that contains the DAUDIO folder into the USB port in your vehicle.

    5. Tap the "Update" button.

    6. Confirm the update by pressing "Yes".
The update process will take 10-15 minutes to complete.
Please leave your vehicle running and DO NOT remove the USB device until the update is complete.
